 I'm Parieng Yai Kuac:
Chief Executive Officer with age of  (28 years old) studied at Bentiu High School in Unity State, and joined the University of Upper Nile Level of Fourth Year

 Mobil Construction and General Trading Co Ltd : built 4 classrooms, a VIP latrines 8 stances and  those projects done for the period of 6 months in Ajuong Thok Refugee  Camp in Ruwenq Administrative Area - South Sudan, Funded By   United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the owners of the project AAH, and supervised himself To carry out the work

Parieng Yai Kuac:
said that,  one of the challenges that hinder the business and the implementation of projects in the country is the lack of confidence including the lack of building materials locally are rarely to  imports due to bad Roads  in  addition lack of skilled and specialized labor in some works that could be the One of the problems and  lack of commitment to the date of delivery of the project on time, and this leads to the inconvenience of project financiers
       

Parieng Yai Kuac :
Chief Executive Officer said that He is married and studying he mentioned that he relied on himself since childhood in work, and had good relations with many people in the many sites in which he worked and gained practical and administrative experiences from them. In 2011, he worked as director of the photography studio in Bentiu , 2012 as director of the studio of Al Wahda Company with and  2013   employed  in Ruwenq administrative area as  tax, he left work and joined in 2015 with DRC as a driver, and in 2017 he worked as a driver for LWF  and in 2018 as a driver in the organization AAHI
In the year 2020,  Chief Executive Officer  of the International Reliance Insurance Company Ltd., and in 2021 AD, he thought and suggested to  establish a private company, and he became the Chief Executive Office of Mobil Construction and General Trading Company, Ltd., and the headquarters of Mobil Construction Company is allocated in AtlaBarah  plot 13 in Yai Station -  next to Al-Rajaf Pharmacy - South Sudan For contact and inquiries:

#advice to young people
Parieng Yai Kuac says that success is not achieved with ease and speed, but with ambition and continuity in achieving the set goals. He appealed to the community to stand with productive projects for young people and give them confidence and support to contribute to the development of South Sudan because the future is theirs.
The youth demanded the tendency to free labor in the market, and they must show interest, self-reliance, and a desire to work hard and purposefully so that they can receive government and community support.
